Running a blog may be challenging, especially if you’re new to the world of blogging. You must understand that you will not become a well-known blogger overnight.
Those successful bloggers were once in the same boat, but look where they are now. To reach your goals, you have to stay motivated, and here’s how you can do it.
1. Don’t compare your blogs with that of others
Comparing your blogs are fun and all until you start feeling bad about yourself. Trust your process, trust your timings, and you will start seeing actual results. Rather than comparing, look at what your competitors are doing and what they are missing. By doing so, you can provide readers with something new and get noticed.
2. Celebrate every little win
Celebrate every accomplishment and milestone because it is the result of your hard work. Give yourself rewards because you have accomplished something and you deserve it. It will make you feel good about yourself and your blog.

A reward system works nicely with our brain. You are telling your brain that it did a fantastic job when you reward yourself for your hard work and accomplishments. This keeps it motivated and sharp.
3. Keep learning
Sometimes you’ll be spending so much of your time and energy and still won’t see results. Rather than feeling discouraged, try to figure out what you’re doing wrong and how you might avoid repeating the same mistakes in the future. Since you are a newbie, there may be many factors of blogging that you are unaware of that can help you rank better and get the attention of the right audience.
As a newbie blogger, you should never assume that you have mastered the art of blogging, there is always something new to learn. You will keep your mind busy and driven towards your blog if you continue to learn more about blogging. So don’t stop learning!

4. Find a blogging buddy
Blogging is just not writing and posting it on your website. As a blogger, you know how tough and tiresome it can be. Find someone who faces the same issue so you can have someone to talk to when you are feeling down. The reason why many bloggers feel demotivated is that they go through this process by themselves.

It will be easier to stay motivated if you talk to someone who can help you cope with these negative thoughts. A blogging buddy can understand how you’re feeling. You can assist each other in remaining motivated.
5. Remind yourself why you started blogging
Do you remember the time when you were so motivated about blogging? You have to keep going with the same passion and enthusiasm so that you can reach the goals that you have created and have fun at the same time.
Another thing to pay attention to here is the crowd you spend your time with. Stop hanging out with them if they aren’t supportive and make you doubt yourself. It is far better to be alone than with someone who doesn’t help you grow. Learn to be your cheerleader and don’t give up!
